This sets out your rights and obligations, and those of
ART|REP, in relation to the products and services we offer.
General Terms
All goods remain the property of ART|REP until
payment is made in full.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns of
Unwanted Purchases
Upon delivery, if you're not completely
satisfied with the quality of your painting, it may be returned
within fourteen days for a no-quibble, complete refund. Like
most online stores, our refunds operate operate on a ‘Return to
Base’ basis. This means the customer returns the product to
base, and are offered a full refund on the price of the
painting(s) after inspection of the product(s). To be eligible
for a full refund, unwanted purchases must be in an unmarked and
resalable condition.
Goods
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your painting is damaged in transit,
please inform us immediately. Details must be recorded on the
delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24hours after delivery.
Remember to keep hold of all packaging and documentation as this will be required to effect
the
claim against the carrier.
Incorrect Goods
In the unlikely event that you are sent the incorrect painting,
please notify us immediately and we will provide the correct
painting/offer a full refund (including your return expense).

Shortage
If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first
check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage
must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified
within 24 hours.
Prices and Duties
All prices include VAT at the current rate and are valid for
orders placed up to 31st December 2006. If you want your
purchase to be delivered outside the European Union, you will be
responsible for paying all applicable duties.
Making a contract with us
Goods or services must be ordered using your correct name,
address and any other requested details. You may be asked to
enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that
(i) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you
provide those details to ART|REP, and when you use the card and
(ii) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on
it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information
you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify
us with the corrected information immediately. You must also
legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services
that you may buy here.
Item Descriptions
We have taken care to ensure that descriptions and measurements
of our pictures are as accurate as possible. Dimensions shown
are the finished size of the painting. We have
also ensured that the colours are a close representation of
those in the actual pictures. However slight variations may
occur.
Errors
If an incorrect price is shown in error, we reserve the right to
cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been taken a
full refund will be given.
Loss
ART|REP will not be liable to you or any third party for any
indirect loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit,
revenue or business. You also agree that the liability of
ART|REP under this agreement will not exceed the sums paid or
payable by you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Changes to this Agreement
ART|REP reserves the right to change the terms of this
agreement from time to time, and post a new version on our
website. The new version will take effect from the day of
posting on the site. Price and availability information are also
subject to change without notice.
Jurisdiction
Sales are governed by English law and you agree to submit any
dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All
orders are subject to these terms and conditions.
